Is there a limit on users or projects?
No. The price is the same whether you have five users or fifty, one project or twenty.
Is my company's data kept separate?
Yes. Each company's records are kept apart from every other company's, and roles decide who in your team can change what.
Can my site staff use it on their phones?
Yes. The app works on the phone as well as the desktop, and a vendor's bill can be photographed at site and read by AI.
Can I bring my existing records?
Projects, vendors and employees can be imported from Excel.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer. The setup fee covers your first month; from the second, each month's payment is due on the 10th day of your membership month.
What if we need more AI scans or storage?
Every month includes 200 AI bill scans and 2 GB of files. More scans are ₹3,000 for 500; more storage is ₹2,500 a month for each 5 GB.
