CivilBillDesk is software for the offices of civil contractors, provided by CivilBillDesk. You use it in a web browser, on a computer or a phone.
2Your company's account
Your company's master admin invites the people who use it and gives each one a role. Each person keeps their own password private. Your company is responsible for what its users enter.
3Price and payment
The Pro plan is ₹15,000 a month, with a one-time setup fee of ₹40,000. Each month includes 200 AI bill scans and 2 GB of files; more is charged as the Pricing page shows. Payment is by bank transfer.
Your membership month starts on the day your company is set up. The setup fee covers the first month; from the second, each month's payment is due on the 10th day of that month. If a payment is still unpaid 15 days after its due date, the account is paused until it is paid. Your records are never deleted.
4Your records
Your company's records stay your company's. Most lists can be downloaded to Excel from inside the app at any time. How we look after them is in the privacy policy.
5Figures and filings
The app works out figures such as GST, TDS, PF and ESIC from what you enter. Check them before you file or pay. Returns and payments to the government remain your company's responsibility.
6Keeping the app running
We work to keep the app available and to fix problems quickly. [Any service level, and notice of planned maintenance]
7Ending the membership
Either side can end the membership with 30 days' notice, and you get a full Excel export of your records.

9Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mumbai have jurisdiction.
